Hey! 👋

I am Cathy Lehmann, creator of Fearite, heart companion and explorer of inner light.

For twenty years, I taught, observed, accompanied, and listened. These years taught me to see beyond words, to understand what children feel, even when they cannot yet express it.

I saw their fears, their doubts, their joys, and above all, their immense capacity for wonder. But I also understood that school alone did not always meet their emotional and inner needs.

So, I chose to train in other approaches: energy techniques , conscious communication , mediation and
energy healing .

These learnings have transformed my way of supporting others, adding listening, presence, gentleness and awareness of the link between the body, the heart and energy.

From teaching to the transmission of the heart

Driven by the desire to bring more harmony to the daily lives of children and families,

I started leading creative, sensory and energetic workshops , open to children as well as adults.

These moments of sharing have become true bubbles of well-being: spaces where one can express oneself, feel, free oneself, create and rediscover one's inner light.

These experiences, rich in encounters and emotions, gave birth to a universe that is both poetic and rooted in reality: Fearite .

About Fearite

My role is to reconnect each child to their inner light.

I firmly believe that every child already possesses within themselves everything they need to shine. My approach rests on three essential pillars:
